I've been trying to sell some good stuff on Craigslist for the last month...... I had one guy call and offer me half what I was asking, but I had to make a 3 hour trip to deliver it to him! Thats a scam, by the way. If you make the trip it indicates to the buyer that you're dying to get rid of it, so he offers you pennies on the dollar once you're standing there face-to-face having invested half of your day getting rid of the thing!
The next guy calls me and makes a good offer but says "I have a bunch of really good computer equipment that I'd like to trade" -- I told him I don't need any, and he said he'd be there in an hour to get the thing for his cash offer. He never showed up. Evidently he has some stolen computer stuff that he's trying to launder.
So anyhow, does anyone ever sell anything besides pussy on Craigslist?
